NMS Manwaring, LLC is a historical re-development investment with the properties located in New London, Maine. In May an agreement was signed with Connecticut College to Master Lease the apartment portion of the project for 65 student housing beds for students and staff.
The project was projected originally to be market rate apartment housing, however the Connecticut College lease drastically improves the credit of the investment and the overall project economics of investor returns.
